The Western Conference is one of two conferences in the Professional Inline Hockey Association (PIHA) used to divide teams. Its counterpart is the Eastern Conference.
It was created in 2005 when PIHA expanded west with five teams in Colorado. PIHA aligned its teams into two conferences. PIHA again expanded in 2006 into the St. Louis and New England areas, and realigned each conference was divided into two divisions. Then in 2008, the PIHA's Western Conference contracted. The only teams left were those in the Rocky Mountain Division. The Western Conference Championship Trophy is awarded annually to the conference champion.
